1 步你老板後塵--hope this will happen before he leaves. So far nothing positive.
2 自立門戶--If this is possible, I would not worry now. Boss creates a nice buffer zone between me and big boss so that I do not have to deal with that BS directly.
3 投靠新主公--this may be the outcome. But would not last long. Frankly, my boss is the only one I have respect for in this group.
