公司收回了offer。因為counter offer

看來是高興早了。煮熟的鴨子飛了。我寫下這段是為了給大家提過醒。

offer比我當前的工資高10%。2 weeks Vacation。

可我當前的Vacation 4周。

我的counteroffer 是：
工資高於當前工資15%。3周Vacations。

第一回合：他們不同意：工資高於當前工資15%。3周Vacations。
a.他們的理由是離家近了。不用花汽油費。
b.他們沒有budget.(我的recuiter說：她在resume上有工資範圍。你們沒有budget，為什麽要麵試她。)

第二回合:接受原Offer

結果，recuiter說：他們很angry.公司說收回Offer.

這一切都是recuiter辦的.我不理解他們為什麽angry？
