Sign! - that's the good part of being in a small company. People are much nicer. In my group, my co-worker gave birth to her third boy last year. Ever since, she have been to work around 10am, having lunch at her desk and stayed after 630pm at night. Still, my boss isn't happy because she isn't in the office when most of other people are.When the boss is meaner, it doesn't matter how harder you try. My boss just claimed again the other day that we should take personal days rather than sick days when we are sick, just as he did.
