這兩件事，我真的做錯了嗎？

前段時間一直在找工作，所以什麽interview是都接的。已經都找了一段時間了，有家公司後簡稱A）麵了我兩次，就一直拖在那裏，說decision maker在度假之類。當然沒有拿到offer就不能停下來的，一直到昨天，還在跟一家中介（後簡稱X)約另一家公司的麵試時間，結果定在了今天一大早。

沒想到，A公司在昨天下午email發給我了offer.而同時，我也收到了B公司的offer(上個星期剛麵的，沒想到做決定這麽快）收到以後當然是很高興，開始琢磨選哪家，（其實A和B的offer都有不滿意的地方）同時下午要趕去早已安排的事情，所以到了晚上才得以坐下來，發了一封緊急的email給中介X，說我拿到offer了，就不去了。心想至少我是通知了，不會出現“not show up”的情況,雖然是short notice.結果今天一早收到中介X的回信，上寫"...Now my integrity and professionalism has been damaged with my client...I'll be honest and tell you that I would hesitate in working with you in the future because of this. Please remember that your actions regarding conducting yourself while looking for work now will affect you in the future."這是一家比較大的中介，他們將來怎麽治我，我就不知道了。但我捫心自問了一下，我並沒有真的不講信用， demage什麽呀。如果事實反過來，我提前告訴中介X,說我可能會有offer進來，中介可能就不會那麽快安排interview,而結果我又沒有拿到offer,再告訴中介我沒有等到offer。那麽1.中介會留下我不夠competitive的印象，2.中介再安排interview又要等幾天，那麽也可能機會會被別人搶走。所以我不想事先跟中介提我在等offer的事情。又加上臨時cancel appoinment 也是偶爾會發生在我身邊的事，抱歉一下，求得原諒，我原來都以為是很正常的事情，我怎麽一下就犯了個大錯呢？

於是我更加開始糾結起來的另外一件事，便是在我拿到B公司的offer以前，由於我表達了我強烈想去那裏的意願（本來也是，再加上那時還沒有任何offer），那裏的主管已經把我都各個介紹給了每個同事，如果我最後決定不去B公司了，心理本來就是很欠人的人情的，又加上剛才說的這件事，現在懷疑自己是否又在damage自己的reputation了。從人情上來講，我拒絕A公司是沒有問題的，隻是A公司給的offer更好而已。

現在我都不敢輕易選擇了，為了我的reputation，我是應該選擇B公司的。

對於上述兩件事，我的想法對嗎？
