關於academic轉pharmaceutical company 的問題

國內本科學醫的，來美後因為是學醫的，就用MD幹了4年博後，3年junior faculty，現在想進 pharmaceutical companies幹scientist 的職位，想著俺們實際也隻有本科學位，就用BS申請好多，可一個也沒回音。上來想請教各位大俠，是不是在academic轉industry特別難呀？進公司一定要內部人引薦嗎？有沒有自己上網申請就拿到offer的呀？是不是簡曆上有博後，和faculty的經曆， 現在又說BS，HR感覺簡曆不可信呀？
還有申請company工作的resume要加publication list 嗎？本人還是有很不錯的publication的，感覺不寫有點虧。
