Should I take the part-time job?

I worked as full-time in A company under TN visa with 3yrs duration. One year late, I resigned from A company and started to work as full-time at B institution under new TN visa since then.

Now, A company has offered me a part-time job (work from home). Am I eligible to take the part-time job from A company while I am still working as full-time for B institution?
