離開前，如和最有效地打擊老板？

現在take Medical leave for 3 weeks, 被老板欺壓地太深，不想再回去上班了，等到3星期假修完，再去上最後一天班，到時提出辭職，再寫一大堆不合理的領導給HR。大家覺地如何？還有什目更好的辦法製老板的了?
