朋友被人冤枉學曆作假，HR直接發通知全公司說他辭職了，怎麽辦

他是加州大學某著名分校的PHD，貨真價實的PHD。HR一個人說去加州大學研究生院調查了背景，說他沒有畢業，然後HR直接發信至全公司mail list，說他主動辭職了。

他去找CEO及HR理論，他博士畢業，怎麽查都是畢業了啊，導師係主任都還在啊，並曾就職於其他著名同業機構，回饋是簡曆作假，讓你自動辭職還發了3個月薪水就不錯了。
