Help me to analyze the on-site interview

Today I just finished an on-site interview. I felt it was going well. Nothing was wrong.
Last interviwer is the hiring manager (white person) did not ask me any Qs, just asked to ask him questions. He did not mentioned any compensation to me and just told me they would make decision in a few weeks.
BTW, they have 4 openning and are interviewing multiple candidates.
Anyone can help me to analyze if I still have chance to get offer?
