Can I go to second round interview?

I had phone interview with hiring manager on This Wednesday and had 1st round face to face interview today( Friday).

I talked to two managers( including hiring manager) and one principal engineer. The hiring manager told me they will check several other canadiates, they will make the decision in one week or so for the second round interview.

I received an email from hiring manager 2-3 hours after the interview.
