Yes, this is normal. 我開始第一份工作的時候,被training了兩天,然後,我當時的主管就希望我什麽都能做;一個星期的時候,告訴我,不希望我跟不上;一個月的時候,告訴我,我來了,什麽都不一樣了,team在我的這個方向有了很大的進展;五個月的時候,我被人從他的team裏麵撬走了。我的意思是說,沒有人喜歡壓力,沒有新人不希望被人罩著,可是,壓力大的時候,往往是我們learning curve最強的時候。

2.It was very disappointed there is one time she did not ask me to attend a meeting that I supposed to be in.

Talk with her first。用輕鬆誠懇地態度問她,可不可以把你加到conference call裏麵去,一次不行,可以再提一次。然後根據她的反映,見招拆招,沒很必要一上來就如臨大敵地同她談,讓別人戒備你;沒同她直接溝通過就找manager談,不make sense,你說是吧?
