Thanks for sharing your experience. Learned a lot ! The most important thing is to fully understand the procedure and follow it well.

Due to Chinese culture and education system, we were held up on understanding the international culture and many people are getting miserable experience here, and still wondering why, by " I was an excellent person in China, why I am not recognized here", etc. Actually this is so serious that every Chinese immigrant here is supposed to learn and really change ourselves in a very hard way to really adapt here.
