Location: South of New Jersey, (Pennsauken)
Company: media size manufacturer (300 people), pharmaceutical industry
Position: accountant
Responsible:
. Prepares journal entries for monthly and year-end closing
• Records fixed assets
• Maintains analyzes and reconciles inventory on a monthly basis
• Prepares and distributes daily sales Projection Report
• Serves as a back up in A/R, A/P and Payroll
• Calculates incentive and adjustment of overtime pay, advanced vacation payments for plant shutdown, period etc.
Requirement:
• Manufacturing experience
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel
• ADP, Kronos, SAP

其實我寫這個帖子是在我的一個印度同事的啟發下，當她聽說我要換工作，馬上找我的老板要推薦她的朋友，因為我周圍的朋友都不太適合我的工作，所以也沒多想。最近大家都在談論中國人和印度人的區別，發現自己也是， 有問題，到文學城上找答案，但很少寫帖子幫助其他人，所以希望這個帖子能讓我開始克服我身上中國人的通病。希望在國外的中國人大家互相幫助。
