工作中常會在不同階段遇到小人。不太了解你的行業。但我的經驗是：
1。保護自己不受傷害：最主要的是贏得manager的信任。這點看來你好像有。再有要document everything.So even there is a phone call agreement etc, leave e-mail evidence.Copy other people, or escalate when necessary. Don't be shy on bringing the issue up with your manage.
2.Judge the situation without bias so in other people's eye you are always handling things properly. Then the problem will be always on the other side. So they will not think you are same type as the other person.
3. 不管對方手段多麽惡劣，一切都是暫時的。一定要相信you are far better than him (her).You will soon be at a completely different career track and much better future. He(she) will most likely stuck with what he got forever or even worse.這不是阿Q精神，我見到太多這樣的例子了
