我是不是虧大了

我現在的工資比較underpaid. 但這不是我要換工作的原因. 原因是最近搬家了, 離開公司有90mile. 老闆說我可以work from home 4 days a week, 不過個人覺得那樣比較depressing, 而且對career肯定也不好. 所以找了新工作. 準備好了要pay back 10k benefits when I quit.
三個禮拜前我同時拿到兩個offer, 一個是公司內部(offer A, 16% more), 另一個是其他公司 (offer B, 20% more). 因為A還是太遠,我拿了B. 因為個人原因, 我要3個月後才能start, 所以我一點也沒有negotiate with B, because I didn't want to piss them off by driving too hard of a bargain. I mean, they were already kinda unwilling to wait for that long. And at the time I was happy with a 20% raise (the new pay is about industry average in my area, maybe a tiny bit above)

我的老闆知道offer A, 但是不知道offer B. 3週前我rejected offer A and sign了offer B 的offer,and all paperwork and background check are done now. Case closed, just waiting for me to start.昨天現任老闆忽然給我加了10%, 說他知道我turned down offer A, so as a token of appreciation he wants to give me a raise and wants me to stay there.

我還是很想去B,但是開始感到虧大了.現在變成offer隻在current pay 加了10%, 而且還要還現在的公司10k. 但是offer也sign了,再negotiate他們肯定也沒有incentive了. 而且我也知道現在的公司待下去不是長久之計, 總還是要找.

我是不是虧大了?
