浮出水麵 －

來美國快20年了，在職場上經曆了比較順利的幾次過渡。 從做科研，到下海加入IT淘金，再變成銷售，管理和運營， 基本上都嚐試過。文學城上偶爾來逛逛，隻是潛水。現在職場比較複雜，看到年輕的弟弟妹妹們有各種各樣的問題，作為過來人，希望我能盡我微薄之力，提供一些參考意見。
