2）你的組織，領導能力怎麽樣。
3）你是否是solution-oriented。
4）以及你的communication skills
5）以及你的personalalty 和 characteristics，

比如，當別人一提到你時，旁人就會這樣描述你，
小謀is sharp and proactive
she is accountable。。
she has strong communication skills。。。
。。。

這就是你想給人的image，it is achievable through your design and efforts。
