Giving credit to other team member may not feel great, but this helps to smooth the working relationship. Maybe someday you'll find your name being put on something you have done nothing :-)

You are about to be on a long leave, why not leave on a happy term? There is nothing much you can do anyway, since it is your boss' decision. As long as he knows you did all the work, that's enough.
