Very good advice. my comments:

(1) "首先就不能給那個欺負你的人，第二次淩辱你的機會。". Do it professionally, learn how to play the game by the rule. "Good communication" is a key part.

(2) If you do not want to leave, try to keep yourself happy at your work place. You need to let it go, and shift your focus away from the past toward the future. "Forgiving", no resentment.
