如何選擇offer

上周拿到兩個offer.

一個是新成立的藥物銷售公司(2009年10月成立), 上個月得到一批風險投資,公司給10000option, 年薪75000,bonus: 不超過工資 10% .職位: 數據部門經理

一個: Provinece helath ,工資65000. 決策數據分析

不知到選那個.
