you know how busy hiring managers are?? especially now?

They have to schedule a mtg, with or without HR, to discuss all the candidates, pro and con, etc, one by one. and propose, and wait for approval from their bosses, and HR, blablabla,,,,

The process takes long time. Do not focus on yourself. It's really a normal process.

Looks like you will get the job, either A or B. They kinda wanted you to make the decision for them, but you didnt make the call. So they have to work on that and figure out themselves.
