Will it make any difference this year?
I felt very strange since I thought I answered all the tech questions correctly last year.

I had another interview recently. It was even stranger.
I meet 6 people. For all other 5 team member, I answered
every single questions correctly and felt their appreciation. But for the hiring manager who happen to be an Indian lady, she only asked why I change job frequently( 4 so far, each about 2-3 years). Then she wished me good luck and I never heard from her after 1 whole week past already ( BTW, this is a fortune 500 company and either response from HR yet so far).
