Use Print Screen for the data you input

on your keyboard there is a Print Screen function, use it once you input the data, and paste on an Excel sheet for your own record. Make sure you have multiple copy of these files, including a print copy i.e. your own harddrive, external harddrive and the hard copy print from Excel etc.
