在大公司裏，你的supervisor是否有可能看到你的e-mail?

有哪位大牛能否告訴我，在大公司裏，你的supervisor或更高的領導是否有可能看到你的e-mail？

俺公司的頭把俺當槍使去對付另一城市的公司的頭(同屬一大公司)。跟對方公司頭工作過一段時間，想發e-mail解釋一下，不知俺的supervisor是否會看到俺的e-mail?
