謝謝, I find it in agreenment. However, I find a hole. This aggrement should be for two parties. My agent and an incorporated company. Since I have not incorported,for the incorporated company is marked as T.B.D.

Can I use this "T.B.D" as excuse to terminate this aggrement?

Also, I have not get final notice when I should start to work. I called the agent. He did not answer my call.
