今天收到offer letter，但不太滿意，

1。是工資比我要求的少了不少,我要求$62,000，給了$55,000。(senior accountant,location is 18 miles away from San Francisco)My current salary is $46,000.
因為我現在是在non-profit，工資偏低，所以他們權衡的時候應該考慮公司的性質改變了。。加上地點的不同，我現在是在小城，北灣。

2，starting date我寫的是5/26，但他們在offer letter上寫的是5/12.我想推遲1周工作，處理好這邊的搬家，退房問題。


這兩點我都想和他們再negotiate，比如工資，我想要求加到$58，000.不算太高吧？


有經驗的大俠，給我出出主意？從哪方麵談工資呢好呢？謝謝！如果能增加工資，一定再來匯報，感謝。
