我該怎樣處理這樣的關係?

我一個同事的title是project lead,但是我們同時向一個老板報告.大部分核心的活都是我做的,他最後message一下結果,然後向老板報告,他來take credit.這有點不公平,我不知道該怎樣處理這樣的關係?我也不想和他撕破臉皮,隻向大家和平相處,相安無事,我畢竟隻是為了月底的paycheck工作.請大家給我一點建議.
