急求幫助，周五webinternerview with VP

已經過了兩輪 phone interviews with direct manager and his boss. 通知周五web interview （what a way to cut cost!) 以前沒有經曆過,請教各位高手如果有這方麵的經驗，能否能說說需注意什麽呢？好處是不用為裙子，鞋子的搭配費腦筋了，但是覺的整個臉放大到屏幕上，等於大眼瞪小眼，很恐怖的說 , 心裏很沒底.

還有問題就是如何準備, 因為第二輪時問題又多又specific, 感覺能問的他們都問了，不知一般VP (300 人的公司）都會問什麽呀？職位是marketing.
