It's a long story-my department laid off a person in January and the majority of his workload were passed onto me-thanks to my boss. I have to admit I am holding grudge against him because of his unfair allocation of the let-go person's workload. The boss is new and he doesn't know much about what I am doing but he likes teach-in his own words.
The reason I told him I worked over time is because I have too much workload overall;also, he wanted me to do something at work today and I told him I have to work tonight on top of working over the weekend.
I hate taking work home so does my boss. He even said he does "not get paid enough to take work home", but he doesn't mind me working overtime.
回複:如果你不是paid by hour的,都沒有加班費的。你為什麽要利用自己的時間
