實在受不了這個老板，要不要辭職？

掙紮了很久很久，每天的上班都是一種折磨，隻要想到上班就痛苦的不行。

最主要的原因是老板實在很rude，動不動就破口大罵，罵得你覺得自己簡直一文不值，對自己嚴重懷疑。每天的每一秒都很緊張，不知道他什麽時候會突然爆發。有時候看上去還好的時候，說翻臉就翻臉。工作了十多年，從來沒有遇到過這種情況。很想被雷，真的很想。可是不知道什麽時候會被雷。所以現在整天在思想鬥爭，要不要對自己好一點，幹脆辭了算了。

真的很痛苦。一想到明天又要上班了，整個人都沒有精神。

已經在看書，準備找工作。但是在找到以前，要不要熬呢? 每一天每一秒都是一種煎熬。是我不對嗎？還是我確實不行？

挨罵的主要原因是這樣的。這裏的project都沒有requirement，也沒有testcase，每個人就是從老板那兒口頭得到要求，作了以後自己測試自己deploy到production。我是半當中加入的，可是老板並不training，不停的讓我做，有時候我搞不清楚requirement，或者我以為清楚了，結果老板又說不是那樣的，就會被罵。我雖然不停的東問西問，可是問來的東西有時候也不對。老板總說：你如果隻能做exactly what you are told to do，我為什麽不outsource呢？

別人也被罵，如果錯了的話。但是他們呆久了的人，被罵得機會少一點。而且可能因為他們都是印度人，是不是罵了也無所謂，罵完了好像也就算了。

究竟是我的問題，還是什麽問題？誠心請教大家。
