equity trader的工作是怎麽回事

在家裏閑來無事，發現有招 equity trader 的職位，還給培訓。據說競爭性比較強，又不要求專業知識，還要求最好會玩遊戲和打撲克。 雖然我是一家婦，平時沒少去賭場花老公的錢，腦子還不慢。不知道申請一下好不好呢？ 有知情的能否講述一下。
