RE: 2 wks from on-site interview, no any info. What should I do

Had an on-site interview 2wks ago. At that time, the HR person mentioned it is a long process (as 2 to 3 wks). I did not ask other team member on how long it may take. Really want to join them. Shall I send an email to HR or the secretary or directly to HM for possible reached decision?
