Lessons from Obama's health care reform

Even the President tries so hard to fix a problem everyone agrees is broken, he is not appreciated by many and may even be voted out of the office next term.
You can be flexible and accommodating, but you can not keep worrying about how others think. At the end, you have to do what you believe is right and make peace with yourself. If you are not proud of yourself, who cares what your boss may think?
