That's what I'm thinking too.

I know (probably my boss knows too) they cannot match the offer because I jump from a small conservative company to a big ship. But I still want to let them know I would like to take more responsibilities but was not given the chance. My annual evaluation was always good or excellent. Don't understand why I was not assigned big projects like my peers. My boss told me before he wants me to stay so long as he is here....just confused.
