Regarding 記筆記 during meeting with 領導, it mainly depends on your 領導's style and the context of the meeting. For example, I have a 領導 who loves to take notes during meetings. If you don't 記筆記, he would doubt whether you would remember everything during the meeting. He even asks you to bring notebook to meetings and watchs you to make you sure you write down what he says.
