請教作Accounts Receivable

找到一個Accounting Assistant的位子，對我來說很不容易。做了幾天老板讓我先作A/R， 隨後就的打電話要賬，發愁阿，英文又不好。誰做過A/R, 並且要賬時要注意什莫，請各位給點主意。
