請教關於INTERVIEW時離職原因的解釋

最近有幾個電話INTERVIEW, 基本都問到我為什麽離開原公司

我當時是自己離開的, 不太喜歡當時的環境(小公司, 壓力偏大, 前景也不看好)

如果如實說, 不知道好不好? 我前麵都是如實說的, 但電話完後都沒音訊了, 不知道有沒有關係

該怎麽說好?
