I personally don't like any gov job with clearance

Since the Li Wenho incidence, I have decided to not take any gov job with security clearance. Who kowns when the people needs another one for deflecting political attention? I am fortunate enough to be able to afford to stay away from this kind of jobs.

For your situation, I don't see any reason why you would want to move. However, I do see the possibility of getting DC's offer to potentially bump up the BA offer, if the DC offer gives you bargin power - I do like the prospect with xxx (BA) company, but I have another offer that blahblah ...
