If I were you, I'd say:

"I have never thought about it. But now I am curious. What's firm XYZ' revenue?" Now you give him a chance to talk and lecture, which is often better than you talking yourself. Follow up questions may include: how we generate these revenues, where do we fit in the business, yada yada.
