RE: shall I go to HR?

Thank every XDJM last time for listening to my story and giving me ideas.

I am looking for a new job. No good news yet.

I have another question to ask again now: Shall I go to HR to complain the unfair comments from my boss NOW? (I did not realize I had an option to refuse to sign the evaluation. My boss told me that day was the deadline---and I did not want to miss ANY deadline--I signed the form at 5:00pm that day--although I was SOOO sad and felt so unfair)

Orginally, I was afraid to go to HR not till I found a new job.
But, I just felt so hurt--yes I may be TOO serious
Any idea if I shall go to complain to HR right now, or wait till a new job to find?
If now, shall I let my boss know that I'll go to talk to HR?
Also, what should I prepare before I talk to HR?
