it won't take too long to get those cert. if you can get a job at a hospital for time being, they would even for your tuition to get a med. related degree. you can go to school in the evening and/or weekends. In US, many colleges offer those.

whatever it is, you have to like the job. so ask around, ask people who are in those field, to find it exactly what they do, pros and cons.

lastly but not the least, you are not a "loser", hope you were just joking. Don't ever think you are a loser, if you think so yourself, after a while, you will act like a loser, before long, you will really become a loser, and people will start looking at you as a "loser". So everything starts with your own thinking, be aware of that. best of luck.

many people strugle nowadays, so being lost for time being for career path and job search is normal. Keep on trying.
