這個onsite有戲嘛?

剛onsite回來。我現在是做技術方麵的，具體說是數據庫。麵試的時候，我提出要faculty的位置。公司的大頭說我phd畢業好幾年沒做多少research了，tenure track的比較難。可以考慮non tenure track的。又問了我要多少工資，實話實說13萬。他們就說給hr的人寫信。不知道能批準嘛？寫了thank you letter 除了秘書回信，大頭都沒回。這正常嘛？
