I went to the 2nd interview yesterday morning and got the verbal offer late in the afternoon right after I walk into my house. I think the hiring manager already made the decision and in the 2nd interview, it's just let the MD 驗一下貨 and determine which career path/model fit better for me. So instead of Sr Consultant, I was offered a Sr Specialist position which is more client delivery focused.

I got 5k increase on salary and 4k sign on but no certainty on bonus which is really a shortness, I'm eligible for bonus though. I had to admit that I still don't have much negotiation skills, esp. when HR recruiter is really clever. I asked for 4k more on salary but didn't get it. And I figured why the whole process took more than a month, one won't be eligible for this year's bonus if hired after Mar 1st.

I decide to go for it, for the project and the company mainly. I'm really bored in current job and there's no hope for advancement, all my boss needs is a good worker.

The next thing to worry is the bonus. Two more weeks to go...
