40歲的男人 if 護士 is Ur deam job, do it, otherwise you should keep doing IT, but, switch from Formware to other kind of IT.
For whatever job you are doing right now, if this job is too narrow, namely you can't find other places using your skill, unless you really like this skil, then, you better plan to pickup some other more widely used skill, or more marketable skill sets.

There are many different IT fields and skills, some of them are narrow or deadend, some of them are highly marketable.

Since you are doing IT for years, you better transfer to different IT instead of transfer to be a nurse.

However, if you ever dreamed to be a Nurse, this probabaly is the chance to go for it.
