工作上的email如何自己留備份

工作上的重要的email, 想留個備份, 象performance review, boss's promise, appraisal.. 因為我們公司聽說要裁人, 一旦通知, 就無法接觸電腦. 請問該如何備分這些email, 萬一打官司, 可以有證據.
