You have to know how to describe

Good thing is you realized that something you need make improve.
One of my student told me after she find the job:
"You must prepare the behavior interview questions. If you don't know how to answer it, your chance of fail the interview is very high."

Yes, this is true.
Yes, prepare it before you go.
Yes, many of us know how to answer it.
Please post your questions, we try to give you a answer.
