I have no offer for about two month and got 2 offers in these two weeks.
I don't have telecom background, but I might have chance to join the field if I take the job. The interviewer strongly encourage me to take their offer. However, I don't think they are as stable as the military software company. it may benefit for me to find another job though.
The military company is pure software. Their technology is C# .NET, which I am not fond of. I prefer Java. It's not good for my skill development.
