請教如何對付不學無術的同事

我在一個不大的組，就我和另一個同事搞同一個方麵。這個人基本不學無術，技術一竅不通，愛做表麵文章。我是自己幹自己的，多做點也無所謂，隻要老板知道是我一個人做的就可以了。他做不做，做什麽都和我無關。

可是最近，他頻頻要拉我和他一起合作項目。這不是明擺著要占我便宜嗎？昨天他又給我發了email說要去一個conference,打算弄個poster,要用我做的data,我們兩個是co-author,還說是老板的主意。憑什麽啊,我幹了那麽久，要和他co-author（很可能還是第二作者）? 但是他確實要去開會，我不去，要是我和老板說不同意，豈不是顯得我很不願合作，好像是我要惹麻煩？

請教各位，這件事該怎麽應對才好呢？還有，以後他要是還要和我合作，該怎麽辦呢？
