拿到一個在上海工作的offer

年薪90萬RMB，
健康，人身保險，
住房補貼（簡單點住基本上夠了），
年終分紅工資10-20%（無保證），
每年兩次探親假（共三周），報銷來回機票。
其它假期按國內公共假期休。
可以選擇簽兩年合同，也可以不簽。

本人情況：
IT專業，幾個月前突然失業。剛找到的新工作上班不到一個月。這個機會是當時四處出擊時聯係的，offer來得比較晚。
照目前匯率算，國內的offer比現有工作pay要好不少，職位較高，專業上也更能發揮所長。不足之處在於有家庭分開的問題（子女強烈反對回中國上學），兩邊生活開銷會增加，沒有401K match。
