It depends.

You seem to be so tired of it that you just want to get away. I can't tell if it is your job, or the location that is your source of unhappiness. But looking for the next position full-time appears to be just an excuse to get away. Before your next job search, you may want to search yourself first:)
Take some time off, meet some people, join some programs, volunteer your time, listen to some sermons, or talk to some counseling professionals. I suspect that job is not the main problem, and part-time of full-time searching is even less of an issue. You are probably looking for some inspiration. Good luck.
